Our Purpose...
At Southside, our purpose is to live out the Great Commission: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age". Matthew 28: 19-20 and the Great Commandment: "The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these." Mark 12: 29-31. All ministries of Southside flow from the signifigance of these passages.
Our Focus...
Our focus is to reach out for Christ to everyone in Central Florida — people from All walks of life and All cultures. When you become a part of Southside, we will equip you to join in the process of reaching out to All peoples. Our Journey Groups, Nuturing University Classes and discipleship will build your relationship with God and fuel a passion for sharing that relationship with others.
